To make sure you get your purchase as soon as possible, we have partnered with the top shipping vendors who are dedicated to handling your products with the same level of care as you have in choosing them. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee.
Most of our products will be delivered to you within 7-9 working days. The delivery time may extend to 8-10 working days for deliveries outside Metros. International shipping delivery could take up to 10-12 working days. However, in some cases where custom pieces are being designed or made to order the delivery time may take a little longer.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
For your convenience we offer COD option for many of our products. However, the COD option is not available for products above a certain price range.
In exceptional circumstances and due to reasons beyond our control we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you.
In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned hereinabove and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account.

While customer experience is at the centre of our ethos, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return items. However, due to the prohibitive cost of shipping and high costs of manufacturing we will not be able to accept returns for products priced above INR 5,000 unless they are in damaged or defective condition.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Unfortunately, our delivery partner will not be able to accept returns if items are not in their original packaging. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the product box is properly protected with the bubble wrap or plastic bag provided. Once we have received goods in the original condition a gift card will be issued in lieu of the return.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.
RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS ON SALE
Please note that there are no refunds for sale items unless the product is faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days from receipt. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank and card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Epson Enhanced 210 GSM Matte Paper is chosen for its smooth, refined, acid-free finish. It delivers vivid colours, sharp details and deep shadows without surface glare. Best suited for museum-quality prints.

Every frame from our studio is carefully packed to reach your doorstep in pristine condition. Each art frame is securely cushioned with multiple layers of protective bubble wrap and housed in a heavy-duty, 7-ply corrugated cardboard box, designed to withstand the rigours of transit.
For unframed prints
Butter paper · Heavy-duty tube
Each print is individually wrapped in protective butter paper, carefully rolled and placed inside a heavy-duty cardboard tube. Shredded paper cushioning adds protection against movement and damage during transit.
